"Paid for a double bed and got a single. The room was still under construction. In the closets were paint cans and materials. On a positive note, they are remodeling the rooms and the progress looks nice. If we had got the double beds and the remodeling was complete, I would have recommended this hotel. "

"Upon entering the room we found an error on the heat unit that was blowing cold air. (This is in February!). They called maintenance and offered us a new room. Before we could retrieve our belongings, service arrived at the door and “fixed” it. He was friendly and proficient. So we stayed in original room. Much to our regret the unit malfunctioned again the next afternoon and we called for service. They fixed again (not so friendly) and we hoped it would hold us to checkout the following...
