"We were in Johnson City for a college visit and volleyball tournament with one daughter - and the end of spring break (from a different college) for the other. The location was perfect for us, very near the university, restaurants, as well as parks and trails. It was great to have our own entry but feel the protection of a neighborhood and family home. "

"This was SO perfect. Just what we needed. Peaceful setting by the Watauga. Close enough to town to get eat/shop/etc., but super quiet cabin. I imagine if the guests in the big cabin were loud or rowdy it might be less so but that absolutely wasn't the case this past weekend. We are saving this listing for sure!"

"This house was perfect for our group. Conveniently located to the Johnson City Country Club (15 minutes), downtown (15 minutes), Walmart (5 minutes), fast food (5 minutes). House was well appointed with everything that was needed. We loved being able to bring our daughter's dog with us. We would definitely stay here again. "
