"This was a cute unit. It’s an older property so everything creeks, but part of the charm. Very very noisy people on the second floor, but that wasn’t the rental companies fault. Rate was good, but fees were extremely high. I’ve never seen the fees higher than the nightly rate and I use VRBO all the time. "

When we arrived to the building there was mold all over the door, including the door handle which we obviously had to touch in order to get in. There were a small set of wooden stairs that were covered with mold and so slippery that a few of us almost slipped multiple times. Opening the door to the apartment was a joke.
