"Coffee pot was not cleaned, 2 nd floor full bed has an old mattress and they said that they rolled into the middle. It’s an overall nice woodsy cabin. We would stay there again knowing what we’re in store for. A very fair price, with an excellent location to lake George and Gore mountain. Dogs welcome is a plus also "

"If you are looking for a place to stay to ski at Gore Mountain, this is the place. The drive to the mountain was super easy and is only 18 minutes away. The house itself is a bit dated but charming. The house has everything you need in it. towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. The doors are solid wood with latches instead of door knobs. The fireplace was great to sit in front of after a hard day at the mountain and the hot tub was amazing for the sore muscles. The only complaint I had was the...

"Laney’s house was the perfect get-away for my family for a long weekend. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Nice and comfy, comfortable, and welcoming. Located at the bottom of Hackensack Mountain and close to many other hikes. Would stay again"
