"I stayed for one night to try snowboarding the next morning for the first time, I was very surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff was and there is a public bath at a walkable distance. The hotel is charming and retro, established in the 1970s and it has very lovely details in the decoration to enjoy "

"One of the best staff who was always super helpful during our stay. Food service at both breakfast and dinner were always of very high quality. Lastly, onsen experience was also very relaxing. I recommend booking the private outdoor onsen. "
