"Location is superb. Directly opposite Pavillion, next to Fahrenheit. Room is clean, bed is comfortable but pillows are SO flat. Love the corner vanity nook. Body soap dispenser is broken. Only one robe inside. TV channels are very limited and the Chromecast function needed the staff to come and fix it. "

"Great location. If booking a Tower view then try and request a higher floor as they will have even better views. You can get to the Towers without ever really having to go outside which helps when it's bad weather. "

"We have stayed here for the past three years staying in excess of 20 days each time. We cannot fault the hotel. Good pool excellent breakfast choices and the location is its biggest asset.
