"the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag."

"This hotel is lucky to be connected to a big mall. Plenty of shopping and food options from the mall. Check in was fine, room not ready , need wait till 3pm. Basic room amenities. No soap provided. Con during stay, Ask the front desk change remote battery. Took my room number down but no one came by. Cannot be bother. Very disappointed. If you stay, grab food would be a problem. Alot riders do not want to pick up the job. Even worse is they pick up your order, found out the distance is so far...
