"Stayed for one night the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Though it was a slow night, all amenities were open and the breakfast was fully stocked and was really good. The room, bathroom and hallways were very clean. We were pleasantly surprised after some other recent lackluster hotel stays (not Best Western)."

"Arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon at 1 pm to check in and they informed me that they had no room available for me despite me having made reservations 2 weeks prior.This is absolutely unacceptable.At no point was I contacted by the hotel or hotels.com.Absolutely horrible."
