"We enjoyed the tree house feeling of the place. We had privacy, quiet, and a beautiful view. Allen was easy to contact, welcoming, and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty with the walk down to the room due to personal mobility, but it was worth it in my opinion because it really helped put us in the “we’re on a mountain” mindset. So beautiful. Really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and the warmth of the spot. "

"My husband and I were in town for the Head of the Hooch regatta. Once we parked our car we didn't move it. It was a short walk to the riverfront. We loved that it was walking distance to so many places. We did Uber to some places that were a little further away. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. This cabin was amazing, beautiful location on the lake and less than 15 minutes from the main campus. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and the property manager was great to communicate any questions or concerns. "We’ve stayed in this cabin 4 times. It is the perfect size for 2 people (and possibly 1 child if able to climb a ladder and sleep in a loft). This is a small, rustic cabin with a spiral staircase. Gorgeous view from the balcony/deck or hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet on top of Suck Creek Mountain. Great place to unwind and just enjoy nature. One tip- the queen mattress is very, very firm. We don’t venture out much, but its about 8 miles to “River Drifters” which is a good place to eat....
