"This was a great place to stay overlooking the Susquehanna! Brian and his mom were wonderful to work with, and I so appreciated them sharing some of their knowledge of Pequea with me. I loved watching the eagles in the trees right next to the house and the ever-changing clouds and light on the river! My favorite hiking trail is up the street. I enjoyed the trains going by, too. It was all together a relaxing and enjoyable weekend and I hope to go back soon!"

"The house had a lot of space with plenty of bedrooms for the four of us. The fire pit in the yard was a great feature that we used multiple days, as well as the big kitchen with double oven. There were a few parts of the house that were dated, but we were comfortable. The area was very quiet, we walked along the road to enjoy the weather and nearby farms.Reuben was very communicative and came over to fix the kitchen faucet which had been mishandled by previous guests.Overall a great stay."

"When we pulled up, my daughter and I thought the house looked too small, but somehow it felt bigger inside. The location is in a nice area outside of the city of Baltimore, though the street can be a little on the busy side. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit the area and see the sights, but have quiet time in the evening. The hosts were helpful and quick to communicate."

"Attention was given by managers and helpful advice on unloading and parking. Shower was excellent and kitchen nicely done. Plenty of room.Washer and dryer would be nice to have."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s property. The basement was cold as they hadn’t figured out to adjust the thermostat yet, so we didn’t spend any time down there. We also encountered challenges with the hot water heater, but overall it was a lovely stay. "

"This was our second time staying at Creekside Cottage. It's cozy and well-stocked, with plenty of space for our 3 families coming together to celebrate New Years Eve. We like the quiet location. It doesn't feel like a generic rental, it feels like a home. We played lots of board games and roasted smores in the firepit. I would recommend to families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the creek and the horseback riders passing through. "

"Porch is filled with cobwebs. Steps inside need a lot of improvement. Inside was very clean, if dated. However I was pleased with the updated shower, refrigerator, kitchen. No tv made the down time lonely. Netflix did not work, nor did dvd player. For me I needed a much more closer bathroom on the second floor. "Great view of the water, especially from the hot tub, staring straight out down the dock. "

"Stayed with my husband and 2 kids. The house is old, dirty, and the host clearly lied about number of bedrooms. It is 2 bedrooms, not 3. Furniture is old and broken. Pillows are stained. Carpet and entire house is dirty. There was no cleaning prior to our arrival. The kitchen had mops and cleaning supplies out, no trash bags in trashcan. The kitchen was not usable. Overall, it was a terrible stay, would not recommend, will never come back! "
