"Shower tray was tiny, shower curtain too short so water goes to floor and bathroom tiles are old. Otherwise bed is comfortable and clean. Nice fluffy towels. "

"Overall good. But washroom has no shower curtain . Shower looks like never been cleaned properly. Price wise property is best. Staff really nice and cooperative. Short distance to Haram. Easy to get taxi."

"Everything is good one thing which I noticed that there are two names of hotel Zarqa & blue pearl so when I went to reception they didn’t find my reservation on front desk. I feel very depressed because they asked me I don’t have your booking after he called someone else they find my booking but your payment is pending which I was already paid on booking date then I shared him picture of payment slip. That was very hard for me and my family too. Request Have to improve check in on online...

"I liked everything about this property. Easy access your taxi can drop you off directly at the hotel lobby no matter what time of the day unlike other hotels during Ramadan. Specious, family friendly, dining experience, cuisine was just wonderful. Made out Umrah during the Ramadan really relaxing and comforting. I am definitely coming back next year Inshallah. "
