"Right away we noticed the cleanliness was on point. The second thing we noticed was the how baby friendly it was. We were very happy to see there was a playpen, a crib, a baby gate and a high chair provided which we’re all useful. The pull out couch was cozy. The seating space was perfect and the kitchen was great so all the ladies were able to help cook together. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book again!"

"We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. "The cottage was very nice and fully stocked. It was perfect with young kids. The outside lawn between the 2 large maples is where we spent so much of our time playing games and running around. It has everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The addition of linens and towels were so convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. "Family vacation near Toronto so we could spend some time outside and visit places like the zoo. The area was great and being so close to Port Perry was a delight. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well put together just as advertised. It was an incredibly hot week so the air conditioning was a huge plus. The kids had lots to do and I would recommend this place to anyone."

"The place was nice BUT not as advertised. The beds and the living room pictures were different than was shown and a day after we were they they updated the pictures. The add said there was a 12 foot boat, and I had to push the issue to finally find out there is no longer a boat. The living room furniture is incredibly uncomfortable."
