The room was not appropriate and ready for check-in. The bathroom was unclean: dirt stains and glued hair on the shower walls and bathtub. If we were to take a shower upon our arrival, we'd let them know right away. Very disappointing.

Needed a place that was an east commute to Toronto, that was also reasonable in price. Would not have thought about a casino hotel, but Great Blue Heron was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean and quiet, very helpful and friendly staff, lots of parking, decent food at the restaurant, and a pretty drive to it. Also loved the artwork in the corridors. We didn’t have our dogs with us, but was pleased to learn that it is a pet friendly place and with a sensible pet fee (unlike many other so-called pet friendly hotels). We would definitely stay there again.

The staff is incredible! They will jump through hoops to make the customer happy! Kudos to all the staff. What would really help is having coffee and drinks available longer than the noontime cutoff. Charge 5$ more and accomplished. 👍

This Hotel is very convenient when visiting family in the area. The facilities are clean, modern etc. Had breakfast in restaurant and food was good but slow service. 1 server working the entire floor until others arrived which meant we were longer than expected However, she did her best and kept apologizing.. Would definitely stay here again
