"We knew we’d be one of the few young couples at this resort based on reviews, which is exactly what we wanted for a calm and relaxing honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for anything to be better and will absolutely be back! Staff, facilities, food, beach, pool, driver from the airport and for our excursion (Mr. Sinclair) were all exceptional. "I needed a restful break from a hectic schedule and found the perfect spot. I put away my phone and sat out on the cliff and gazed out over the sea, watched the sunset and even saw dolphins swimming in front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and my room was kept clean and had a beautiful sea view. I will be back."

"There were a couple areas of the resort (main pool deck and some of the swim up pool bridges) that had some deferred maintenance, but then we found out they are supposed to be getting a major remodel in those areas. It definitely did not affect our use or enjoyment of the property! Our group of 6 enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities. Beach was great, as was the swim up bar. We walked all the way to 7 mile beach- beautiful! "

"We usually stay at a different hotel in negril, but it was booked up, so we booked the larger Coco laPalm. We probably will return here instead of the old place. Everything is well run, clean and roomy. Really, the only thing i can think to improve is that although there is plenty of hot water, the water pressure is less than you would expect, so the showers feel kinda lame. "
