"Check in was easy and the lady was very nice. The lobby gave a good impression, clean with a few vending options readily available. Our room was decent sized and clean, bed was comfy. Sheets were a little scratchy, but employee had mentioned that they were brand new (we were the first to use them), so I'm sure that will change with more washing. Our room had a second door that went right out into a grassy courtyard which was incredibly convenient as we had our dog with us, so taking him to go...

"Overall pretty good for the price. The young lady at check in was very helpful. She even came to check out and resolved the TV remote not working. Bed and pillows were comfortable for my taste and there was very little outside noise. Pool looked clean. A/C worked good. Only a couple of concerns- the toilet is one of the old, short ones which is difficult for older adults. Consider a handicap accessible room if you need taller toilet. "We booked for a girls family get-away to see the Tyler Rose Festival Parade. We had 4 adult women, a teenager and a 2 year old. We had a blast! We attended a painting class, played in the water park and arcade, had snacks and drinks at the cafe, hung out by the fire, and had family time in the spacious rooms! We loved that it was gated and had a washer/dryer with available soap! It was great to go home with clean laundry! The two year old especially enjoyed the deep jetted tub! "
