"We booked on Expedia. When we arrived it was a smoking room. We did not want a smoking room. Did not even know they still existed. We had to call Expedia and they had to work with the hotel, to get us another room. That took probably an hour. We did get into a good room. It was really clean and nice. I noticed in my bank account that evening that there was two charges for our stay. I spoke with the office there, and they said that it was taken care of. The following day when I went to check out, there was three charges in my account before we left. I went down and spoke with them again they said that they would take care of it. Came home 2 Days later, looking in my account. I had three charges again plus the one that they had taken out the day of our leaving. Very unsatisfactory. I have an email sent over to them hopefully they will get this corrected. Other than that, the room was nice quiet clean."

"We booked a King room with a pullout that said it slept 5. When we checked in there was only a king bed. The front desk easily rectified it and moved us to a room that accommodated our family. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. The room was great with lots of room for everyone. Only complaint was that they clearly hadn’t vacuumed our room be cause I stepped on several used Bobby pins and there was food wrappers under the table. I did ask for a vacuum and they brought us one so we could vacuum our room. "

"The evening clerk was super nice and inviting. The room was enormous!! Breakfast was great. We had a great night of rest! The morning folks were very nice and were in the holiday spirit. "

"We booked for a girls family get-away to see the Tyler Rose Festival Parade. We had 4 adult women, a teenager and a 2 year old. We had a blast! We attended a painting class, played in the water park and arcade, had snacks and drinks at the cafe, hung out by the fire, and had family time in the spacious rooms! We loved that it was gated and had a washer/dryer with available soap! It was great to go home with clean laundry! The two year old especially enjoyed the deep jetted tub! "
