"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings."

"What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "Great stay overall. The road to the property is narrow and curvy. Setting is beautiful. Accomodations were all we needed except for a measuring cup. The bed is a little bit hard for our old bones but we managed for 3 nights. Living area nice and comfortable. Bathroom had all we needed plus super plush towels.Mr. McCoy met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. He was very kind. "
