Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. "A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."
