"This was my second time staying at the Melia Paulista and it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent—central and very convenient. The hotel feels safe and well-maintained. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again."

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. This first started with our check-in process with Joaom who was extremely friendly and took his time giving us personal recommendations for the city as well as all of Brazil since we are traveling around the country. The rooms as mentioned are a bit dated in furniture, but the location was convenient, everything was clean. The area itself seemed safe enough, but we didn’t really spend much time there. The main areas of the hotel were very nice though. Elevators could be tricky in the mornings but that’s to be expected. Overall we were happy with our stay, it’s a good basic hotel for anyone visiting the city and I would recommend it to visitors in the future! Security guards were also very friendly and helpful, reminding my boyfriend and I to stay within the hotel-grounds when using our cell phones. "
