"My husband and I only stayed for one night while visiting Lake Como in late October. This is low season so some businesses are already closed for the season. The property is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry stop, and it’s all uphill. However, once you get there they do give you a short cut, but it’s still quite a walk and mostly stairs. "Really nice place. Breakfast was wonderful - varied and plentiful. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."

"Our stay was lovely. The property is located in the heart of activity, and is extremely easy to access the local cafes, restaurants and sights. The hospitality was first rate and the room clean, comfortable and cozy. Hope to visit again soon! "

"Family orientated hotel, with good pool facilities and friendly staff. Emmanuel was especially helpful by the pool and for any needs during the day. Spacious and clean room, very affordable drinks and snacks throughout the day. Short drive away from Lake Garda - Peschiera del Garda & Verona are must sees. Also a good spot for family is Gardaland. "Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip.
