"Amazing hotel and service "

"I visit Itaim Bibi a lot and Wanted to try this hotel. Read the other reviews as, for business travelers at least, the lack of usable wifi is a reason not to stay here. It's not even just slow, it's just impossible to get any connection, and when you do (for 5 mins) it's like dialup at best. I really wanted to like this hotel as it's clean, modern and spacious rooms in a great area, but I just can't overlook the problem with not being able to get any work done on wifi."

"Very nice hotel. The biggest advantage being the area. Easily walkable to food and entertainment. Felt safe. The hotel itself is older. "

"We stayed with our 3 year old. The room had a kind size bed which was large enough for the three of us. The breakfast was what you’d expect of a business/ casual hotel - omelette, breads, cakes and some local items (the small cheese rolls are to die for!). Enough options to keep grown ups and children happy. The staff were wonderful with our little one, attentive and kind, which means everything. The drinks at the bar are lovely! "

"Great hotel, but not quite th"

"I don’t have any huge complains about the hotel, it just wasn’t the best experience I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable, however the WiFi does not work at night - our show kept buffering every 5-10 minutes and even social media was hard to us. The food was decent but not delicious. It was also inconsistent, the portion size and presentation would change on the daily. Overall, I would probably stay here again if better options weren’t available."
