"Staff (front desk, maintenance & cleaning, breakfast servers) were friendly and very helpful. Room was fairly well-appointed, but a bit worn-looking in places. Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price."

"My fiancé and I needed a last minute place to staff on New Year’s Eve. This location was available and we booked it. The location is right near Itaim Bibi, and you can walk to restaurants. We loved the treatment from the staff and the quality of the rooms. Would absolutely come back. "

"Great breakfast and all the staff deserve the highest note. Very friendly! I would have given 10 but I had to deduct points due to the noise (there is no soundproofing walls), you can hear the airplanes and other outside noises and also the internal noises from the corridor. Also bring your own pillow if you are prone to develop a neck pain like myself as the pillows are very high and felt very uncomfortable. But overall is a very good hotel in a great location with lots of options to eat and...
