Beautiful hotel and rooms. Best I have seen in Brazil. It’s truly luxury and modern. Especially if you are foreigner, this will meet your expectations better than most hotels in Brazil. Be cautious to book from app like Expedia to avoid high prices. The front desk prices are very high.

Deixou a desejar. A comunicação interna seja telefone ou via QR code não estava funcionando. Tanto no check in como no chek out, apesar de muito simpático, apenas um funcionário no balcão. O hotel oferece um mini piscina, mas por displicencia do hotel, as tolhas não foram repostas, e desci pingando até o meu quarto. O jantar foi um desastre, pois tive que acessar a gerência do hotel para ser atendido (detalhe que estava com duas crianças pequenas). Atendentes confusos, sendo que uma delas, antes de trazer o prato principal me perguntou qual sobremesa eu queria, pois estava confusa com a comanda. O buffet de café da manhã razoável. Fica como sugestão colocar um gerente que cumpra sua função.
