"Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. "We adored this small inn and would love to go back. It is tucked onto a quiet side street on the hill above the ferry landing on Büyúkada. There is a beautiful garden with tables for enjoying the hotel's sumptuous breakfast, or you might relax on your room's balcony if it has one. Our room was tastefully, thoughtfully decorated with an ample closet for putting things away, good lighting, and a large comfortable bed. The highlight of our stay, though, was the hospitality extended by Gürkan, who is in charge at the hotel. He treated us like family, starting with our arrival when he came to meet us at the ferry dock upon arrival, and carried our bags up the hill. When I thought I had lost my wallet, he went to the police station and the ferry terminal to search for it. He patiently answered all my small daughter's questions about the cats of Büyükada and other things, and began teaching her Turkish. In decades of travelling and staying at many hotels, I've never felt so warmly welcome and looked after. Thank you so much!"

"在伊斯坦布尔老机场转机的话非常非常推荐这家酒店。我们因为航班晚点，四个人凌晨四点才到酒店，跟店员解释了一下就是睡个觉，第二天早上九点就离开，想只要一个房间，他们也同意了。早餐四个人吃，也没有额外收费。并且还包机场接送，简直没有不推荐的理由。司机师傅也很帮忙，只是直接开口要了小费，瑕不掩瑜。"
