"This was my second visit to Edinburgh and my first stay at the Apex Waterloo and I loved it! The hotel is well situated in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The sauna, steam room and pool are terrific. And I booked a room with a tub large enough for two people and it was a lovely treat! I highly recommend Apex Waterloo for a fantastic stay! "

"Stayed at this property before. Has ideal location if attending Playhouse theatre. Hotel is reasonably tidy with some areas needing some small touch ups and improvements . Bedroom was clean & tidy but layout has a couple of layout issues Room has desk but no mirror behind it and hairdryer and mirror at down near bedroom door, without a separate power socket for any other hair styling tongs or curlers Reading light on desk has a short cable which doesn’t allow position of lamp at other side of...
