"Wonderful location for a retreat in Santa Barbara. The location was on the bus line so we took the bus to and from the Carrillo Plaza in Santa Barbara. Conveniently located between 2 areas of restaurants and within walking distance to a coffee shop and park overlooking the ocean, our group of 2 couples had a marvelous time. The place was super clean with a fully stocked kitchen and there was plenty of space inside and outside for us to socialize. There is noise from the 101 but the sound...

"We loved this house. The setup was perfect for couples and singles. Great location … short walk to dinner in Santa Ynez and close to local wineries in Solvang and Los Olivos. The house was just as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Nice backyard for BBQ, cocktails, and cornhole. Pool table was a plus too. Definitely recommend!"

"Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"

"Spacious home with plenty of living area for 5 adults. The home has been beautifully renovated while keeping charm of an historical site. Easy walking to shops and restaurants on State Street and the pier. Plenty of parking for multiple cars in driveway. Host communicated great and was very helpful."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Dave and Patty were gracious hosts and very accommodating. The setting is very quiet, and it feels like you're up and out of the bustle of the City even though you're at most 15 minutes away from the most popular parts of Santa Barbara. The house was very charming and great for a family. The bed's were comfortable and both sleeping areas have a private bath. Even the little spa was ready to go! Being pet friendly was also a huge plus. We liked it...

"We stayed at the house for a 70th birthday party. All girls The house was clean/organized and in a great location Only problems we noted for management company: the back bedroom (not the master) door lock mechanism does not lock at all-either the mechanism is broken or the door has shifted so lock does not line up The back door from the garage to house malfunctioned -we have no idea why-it just started beeping off and we were unable to use that door. Maybe batteries are dead Everything else...
