"We really enjoyed the space. Loved the gas fireplace, big kitchen and private back yard area. The bedroom with the double bed was a bit dark, not much lighting, but comfy bed and plenty of space. Perfect spot half a block from the ocean, walk to coffee shops and pier. We would definitely stay there again."

"The Santa Cruz suite was nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty quiet. We had two cars but parking on the street wasn't an issue for the second car. Although not the property managements fault some lady said I stole her spot in the back I informed her there are no assigned spots. The location was great just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. And about a 45 minute walk to the downtown area. I'd probably stay here again."

"I received communication indicating check-in, parking and everything else we needed to know daily and during our stay. We had an issue with bedding, however it was sorted out immediately. Parking was easy and convenient. The location is great. A 4 min walk to local groceries and 6 min walk to the beach!!! The room was airy and very clean. There was no ac, which is typical for Santa Barbara, but they had fans in the closet for use. The other rooms were occupied, but never had an issue with...

It was very spacious and even had 2 bathrooms. Our only issue was that it’s next to a small trailer park. We really didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night But other than that it was a great experience. "

My room was clean and easily accessible, with a plethora of amenities available if needed. I will be booking again!
