"This property its NOT in bussines and your app keep taking reservations. The new owners said theres nothing they can do the hotel been closed for 2 months already. They let us stay at our own risk, paying cash and with no kind of service at all, but what can we do if theres where no place to stay and ur help center didnt help me when i ask for!!!"

The pool was a fantastic plus, loved the balcony, hearing the ocean waves, and the bed and A/C unit were adequate.
