"The property is in a great location within walking distance to everything in the Sassi. The bed is very comfortable and how cool to shower in a cave! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with some breakfast items. The host also had a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this rental. "

"Es una casa encantadora nos ha sorprendido gratamente , tiene absolutamente de todo, no le falta nada! Si tengo que poner una pega es que no hay división entre los dos dormitorios, y en nuestro caso éramos todos adultos, algo muy ventajoso si viajas con niños pero que nos ha quitado intimidad."

"House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court....

"mi è stata "assegnata" questa struttura,, in quanto quella da me prenotata era chiusa, ma l'indirizzo è stato comunicato all'ultimo momento ed era a 55 minuti i macchina, quindi non idonea. Ho chiesto un riscontro e magari un parziale rimborso NON HO MAI AVUTO NEMMENO UNA RISPOSTA"

"Bien que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans le logement de Francesco, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la qualité du logement. Francesco était aux petits soins pour nous, toujours disponible par message et de bons conseils pour explorer les environs. Le logement était parfaitement préparé et extrêmement propre. Le quartier ne paye pas de mine mais la nuit a été très calme et le logement se situe à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre historique de Matera. Je recommande pleinement pour un...

"Wow this is a fantastic property. Everything is super clean and has been recently remodeled which was a plus. The location was so good! So many great restaurants and bars that were all walking distance. It’s right in the old town so the history surrounding the apartment was amazing. Check in was so smooth and the hosts were so kind. They answered all our questions quickly and were so accommodating to all our needs. I would love to stay again on our next visit. Highly recommend this place!"

"Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."
