"We stayed at the Hyatt 40 years ago on our wedding weekend. It is looking a bit dated but the room had a great view of Inner Harbor and the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage appears to be attached to the hotel but there is no access from the hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave. Hotel restaurant food was good and waitstaff was attentive. An enjoyable stay."

"I had a great experience until the evening. My room had 3 decaf pods. I brought them to the Bonvoy desk and asked for regular coffee. 5 hours later I return to my room and… no coffee. I went back to the Bonvoy desk and tell the staff member that I still do not have coffee, at which time another staff member comes up to me and asks me to step back because I am “berating” them. He then told security I threw the coffee pods at him when he was nowhere around when I handed them to her colleague. I am flummoxed by the situation as an individual and corporate client. All I wanted was coffee to be human for my 6 am meeting tomorrow."
