"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the property."

"Second time here, stayed in Room 310 and it was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and couch. Some cutlery missing and no can opener or tongs. Shower spray wets the floor quite a bit so we used a towel to mop up excess water on the tiles. We stayed for 4 days and had family visit, it would have been nice to have a broom, mop or dust pan to clean up with during our stay. But overall happy."

"This apartment was classy, beautifully decorated, central to southbank, and so easy to get to. We had a lovely time here and watched some of the fireworks from the pool area, which is lovely. Staff were friendly, plenty of food and drink options around. Will be back for sure!"

"We loved the location, the view is perfect, loved the comfort of the bed, the roominess, kitchen was adequate,l and washer dryer was great, shower had great pressure and air con and fridge worked well once adjusted. Unfortunately the foyer at reception and all of downstairs was being renovated and air con wasn't working making it a muggy sweat pit in the stifling heat, and the pool/spa was overly chlorinated giving me a rash to P of my body (I took photos.)
