"When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy. "

"A bit direction for parking. Partly my fault as I didn’t read the A4 sheet given to me. Maybe highlight relevant areas on the instruction sheet. Also advise in pre arrival email area to park for check in. Check in guy was learning. More experience girl sorted us out very well when we arrived back at reception after having parking issues. "
