"Property manager Pam was extremely approachable, understanding and helpful. Late self check in instructions were very clear, and the process was also easy. Managed to get a parking each and everyday. The unit was slightly dated but clean, spacious, and reasonably well equipped. There is a small mall just 40 meters away! It had everything I needed. I cannot ask for more! Awesome stay and I would stay here again without hesitation if it’s still under the same management! "

"The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again."

"The apartment was well located in the heart of everything in Brisbane. The sheet may not have been clean and one of the outdoor chairs were broken. I found it too difficult to go through the app to report this to the owner. "

"Appartment lovely, clean and comfortable. Lock box for key is not onsite, several blocks away. Booking process not straightforward and requesting lots of ID documents several times before release info of how to access apartment. Once that finally sorted communication was excellant. Enjoyed our stay."

"It was a great time away and would book again. I would ask some more details about parking maybe a bit clear direction and how to enter the building from the carpark to room. It's always good to walk it with baggage and over write details for example from the car spot to the lift (direction) as an example. A little hard to get out of carpark as well , with different gates. Overall great stay hope this helps... Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. "
