"I had a horrible experience this trip. There was no television service throughout the whole hotel. No one had service. The plumbing was slow. There was stuff backed up in the sink. The toilet flushed slowly. The shower drain was slow. Residue left from person showering before. Had to personally wipe out what was left from prior family member to not get left over body wash or sudsy water on feet."

"I would like to point out that , I found the place to be very adequate in itself.And I will return again. But what I di not like at all was to have to walk the entire length of the hallway to an "empty" ice machine and then to have to walk the length of another hallway again to get some ice. I found this to be totally inconvenient and puts a negative mark on a very nice stay ! "

"Overall stay was acceptable. Disappointed with coffee maker in room - not Keurig and horrible coffee pods, no choice only dark roasts ( horrible taste). Shower had bottles dispensed for soap but label was green and writing was green ( pretty smart marketing) so in a dark shower you can’t read what you need. Shower curtain had slight musty smell, pressure was great. Bistro downstairs seemed over priced. "
