Irini , Alex and Andreas were just amazing and accommodated all our needs like daily breakfast and handling our luggage ,booking our activities and transportation . "It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view. "

"We had a great stay at Nefeli Homes. The room was very nice with its own private balcony. Although we did not use it much because the common area at the top of the hotel was spectacular. You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain. Then you have a full view of the caldera and good view of the sunset. We had breakfast everyday over there. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was happy to see you and ready to help. The location was perfect for us because it is away from the multitudes in Fira and Oia but you can easily go there if you want. We do not know how things change during the high season as we visited at the end of Octuber. I liked this shoulder season because the crowds are smaller and the temperatures are nice to walk. It was a bit cold at night but nothing a light jacket couldn’t solve. Overall we strongly recommend Nefeli Homes and would come back if we visit Santorini again. "
