"I stayed during off peak. While some amenities were not available due to renovations during off peak hours (on site restaurant/fitness room), the staff made every effort to accommodate individual needs. Room service was available and was timely and delicious. Local restaurants were available for order-in. Shuttles were available for excursions. The Spa staff were accommodating to time and professional. It was easily one of my most treasured vacations. Highly recommend the Rocabella resort. "

"-Bottle of Prosecco in the room at check-in -Breakfast delivered every morning and a bfast box provided on the last morning…they even set up breakfast for you outside on your patio overlooking the caldera -Staff was friendly and they arranged transportation to and from the airport -Loved the suite which was huge, had 3 heated pools and a steam room (game changer) -Great, large shower -Beautiful property with an amazing view of the caldera -Easy walk to Fira and a nice, scenic hike to Oia -Ilios Bakery close by and delivers (ate or got snacks from here almost daily) -Not a ton of places open to eat compared to summer, but George was helpful providing nearby options -Reasonable cost for the quality and oversized suite -Slippers provided -Comfortable bed and couch with nice tv setups upstairs and downstairs -Nice rooftop area -One of the nicest and most favorite places I’ve ever stayed -Awesome overall experience, though our last night there, housekeeping didn’t finish until almost 4:00 so when we got back from our Oia hike, we had to kill time at Ilios"
