It was a perfect spot for the vacation. It was just so calm and quiet and we were able to enjoy the scenery even while staying at the hotel. The staff was really professional and provided the best customer service. The room was cleaned every day and the washcloths and towels were being changed every day.

Very nice place to stay. The beach was nice to eat breakfast and dinner by. We traveled daily from there to explore the island. Parking was plentiful at room. The rooms were nice and clean.

Perfect location
We had a very relaxing stay at phaos studios, very convenient to walk to the stunning nearby villages, the place was spacious, relaxing and peaceful. Big shout out to Maria for looking after our place beautifuly each day and mario for the excellent local advise.

Our room was facing the sea of the eastern part of Santorini. Hence, could see sunrise every morning. Glad that it is opened during the winter season. Good to rent car to drive and explore Santorini during winter as tourists volume is low. We were the only occupier on the first 2 nights. Do note that there were condensation on the ceiling of the toilet after the hot shower during the winter season. Water droplets will be dripping from overhead.

Mario at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Helped with all our needs and sheets and towels were clean. Hot water in our room was fairly limited for 2 to shower and shower could have been a little cleaner but wasn't too bad. Would stay again, overall, had an amazing time. Absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice always ready to recommend excursions, sight seeing, and great food options. Location is great, located right next to walking path that has tons of shops and dining options. Hot tub and rooms are very clean. The views are breath taking.

Great location and amazing views. The unit was great for our family (wife and 2 teenage daughters) as it provided two separate sleeping areas for us to spread out. Yiannis was great at giving us advice on locations to visit and offering tours for our stay in Santorini. Would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted with the location of Phaos and the lovely view we had from our private balcony - including the sunrise view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Including providing transportation to/from the ferry port and arranging for our rental car to be delivered and picked up from the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable, though a bit tight on the loft area. Very happy with our stay!

Great Property, even better host.
The property is nice but most importantly, our host, Mario, went beyond his means to meet our expectations. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Fira and Imerovigli so no transportation is needed unless you want to go to Oía. Great view away from the crowd.
