"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. "We had a great stay at Nefeli Homes. The room was very nice with its own private balcony. Although we did not use it much because the common area at the top of the hotel was spectacular. You can see even the other side of the island where the beaches are. You see the island itself with the monastery at the top of the mountain.
