"The location is good as it is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi area. It is also near to many train stations which make travelling to other places convenient. The Pokemon room is well decorated with a big Snolax and spacious with dining area, kitchen, bunk bed and double twin bed. The shower and toilet rooms are separated. There is also a laundry room for you to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended for those family traveling with kids :)"

"A few blocks away from the subway. Room was big enough for 4 people. Communication was excellent even though there’s no front desk. Check in and out were simple. Convenient with laundry in suite. Separate toilet and shower is a plus. Have microwave, stove, small fridge and freezer. Bathroom with drying function for after you wash your clothes in the washer worked well. "Very clean, just two minutes walk to the train station of Ebisucho for Sakaijuki Line. There are two convenience stores and a lot the restaurants near by. Absolutely will stay again next time."

"This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening. "

"Great location close to subway and JR trains. Also one block away from airport bus pick up. Hotel is in Umeda district, if you like shopping, this is the place to stay. Staff are friendly and seek to help you if you have a “lost” look. Highly recommend. "

"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "
