"Wonderful experience! The staff was capable and helpful. The food was delicious. And you can’t beat how close the hotel is to Donguri Street and the Glico Man. One small thing is that the door directly to the women’s bath was somewhat broken and hard to open and close. Other than that it’s a great place for a traditional Japanese experience!"

"We picked this place because it had Onsen and had the traditional Ryokan look. Despite the note that the place had shuttle bus from the station, they had limited runs and it was not explained properly. They sent a long Japanese letter but this only said that they wanted to know when we would arrive but had no information on the transportations. Since the hotel restaurant was open per reservation, we had to look for restaurants around the hotel. It was very inconvenient. Onsen was open 6-9...

"I chose this ryokan since it was the only reasonably priced one in the Nara area. It has a beautiful garden just outside our room and the room itself was comfortable and large. The only downside to the place was the strong smell in the room and the cockroach that I had to kill as it crawled across the room."
