"Excellent place to stay. The gentleman at the hostel offers pick up and drop services from Yudanaka station, Snow monkey park and some onsens in Yamanouchi. Although he speaks only Japanese, he uses a translator and tries his best to communicate with you. We will be staying here again when we come back."

"The rooms were excellent, the craftsmanship excellent, the ambience excellent, Service was excellent. The only thing I would recommend, especially if it’s a last minute reservation, work with the owners on transportation. If you want to stay out late in Nozawa, they will work with you, but it’s hard to get a taxi back, especially on the weekends later at night. You might have to end up walking haha 😂"
