"This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area. To be fair we were there in the shoulder season and maybe everything gets tidied up for the ski season. "Really great hotel for a stay in Innsbruck. Brilliantly connected to the city by public transport and the sauna / pool facilities were top draw. Room was very big and offered everything you needed. Carpets a little tired, but that would be my only gripe!"
