"The hotel was not far from the Plaza Vieja which was good. But the area it was in was typical of most of Havana - run down and grubby. The hotel had been restored nicely and the rooms sympathetic to the original style and fairly basic. Don’t expect hot water. The staff were really, really nice and helpful."

Teresa booked for us a tour guide and a convertible and Mirelis helped us book a taxi and introduced us to a money changer who came to the apartment and exchange our $ to CUP! The apartment is very accessible to plaza Vieja and PLaza San Francisco and its a walking distance to almost all of the importanat sights.. We were never hungry...
