"Beautiful cottage, spotlessly maintained! 100% as described. Beautiful view of "the bayou" with the fall colors. 2 pair of binoculars available for bird watching was a great perk! We watched a snowy egret AND a bald eagle fishing in the waters...awesome! Only downside was lots of Canadian geese AND tons of their droppings down by the dock and fire ring which made us stay up closer to the house or our dog would have been rolling in it evey day. Hey, nature is nature! They were fun to watch...

Hosts went above and beyond with a lovely welcome basket, orientation notebook, books and games for all ages, and the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I have ever stayed at. "House was well kept and cool. Beach, porch, and dock could use some repair cleanup. Accidentally locked us out of the house but had someone there 10 minutes to let us back in. Overall good stay."
