"My wife & I along with our 2 older kids (27 & 26) and a family friend stayed in this nice Orotava home for a week. The hosts Hilary& Andrew were extremely friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations throughout our planning process and stay. They even gave us a wonderful welcome basket of food and drinks which was a nice unexpected extra! The home is located within walking distance of town as well as 2 guachinches which are a "must do" food and wine experience while in Tenerife. The house was well appointed with everything we could need and the hot tub was a nice perk. The house is centrally located so hiking in Anaga or Teide National parks was less than an hour drive. We did 2 oher local hikes within 15 min of house which were great as well. The drive to Santa Cruz for the farmers market was less than an hour as well. There is a nice banana plantation tour less than 10 min from house. Trips to Southern Tenerife for a fishing charter and sunset catamaran were just over an hour. So much to do and see within an hour either North or South! Beds very comfy and kitchen well stocked. The rooftop patio was great for stargazing and having lunch or coffee. We also enjoyed building a fire in the outdoor firepit after hot tub while enjoying Tenerife wine. Nice way to relax after some long hikes. Overall, this home is hard to beat with all the amenities offered, the wonderful hosts and great location. We can't wait to return!"

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."

"What a fantastic place! The staff was incredible nice and they took care of every question and request from us. Hotel manager Jose Manuel and his entire team were amazing! The restaurant operators Yadira and Luis were super courteous and their food quality was A . The cleanliness of the rooms and the dedication of the cleaning crew was second to none. We give this little hotel a 5-star review!!! We will staye here again for sure! "

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."

"Set in a historic building in Orotava the hotel has a more guest house feel. Below is a restaurant which is open during the day. Bar the cleaner I didn't see much of the other staff, I guess they would be on hand if needed. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. It was a relaxing stay, although the road outside can be noisy and the double glazing doesn't seem to do too much. For such a historic area it would be nice if they banned cars, it would raise the general appear of Orotava."
