"Staff very friendly and helpful except for the fact that my wife’s nephew came to the hotel to visit us. He got there as we were checking in and went up to the room with us. The next day he came to the hotel when he got off work and the front desk called us and told us he was in the lobby. We told them to send him up but they refused.
