Top level room with unbeatable views and a jacuzzi on the balcony was near perfect. Only the AC and the safe did not work, but I did not need them so did not bother to ask. Cooked to order breakfast was pretty good.

Beautiful views from common areas and the rooms with balconies and hot tubs. Comfortable beds and Acapulco chairs. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful and attentive staff. Un lugar de paz y quietud. Nos tocó una suite con jacuzzi en la terraza con vista a la montaña increíble!. mucho caminar subidas y bajadas pero así es todo Salento que es un lugar hermoso de cuento! Amazing city, the most beautiful hotel. Staff was great. You couldn’t find better views of the mountains in the world. Beds were hard for my taste ( I think it helps with soreness we walked so much and never sore). Hills are pretty steep in area so be prepared.
