"Midgaurd Base Camp was the perfect location after a long day of travel, between the Golden Circle and the rest of southern Iceland. Parking was easy, delicious dinner and breakfast, comfortable beds. I stayed for one night and have no complaints, great value for money "

"We stayed in one of the cabins bc it could accommodate our family of five. It was very helpful to have a kitchen (made breakfast in the morning) and the set up of the cabin was convenient for our family. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too!"

"We stayed on our last night in Iceland. The rooms are albeit old fashioned, for a 1 night stay, it's decent. There's a restaurant and the breakfast was nice. This is very close to all the great falls around that area and you can see northern lights right above the hotel. We saw northern lights in Vik and here on the second day. It was beautiful and they also have places you can scan and go to watch the Aurora. 2 hours from the international airport. "

"Beautiful home, great location, loved the sauna. Only 2 of the 3 beds were made before our party arrive so we had to hunt for the extra bedding but non issue in the end. Great coffee, shower and heated floors awesome! Highly recommend "
