"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was included and was a very complete buffet along with a full egg station. The coffee and fresh squeezed juices were great! The location in the old quarter is so easy to get around by foot and it is a block from a small lake and tourist area. I’d glad stay again. "

"Upon on arrival hotel, We did booked our package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night Sapa 2 days 1 night tour Hoa lu – Tamcoc – Mua cave 1 day tour by Mrs. Ruby with good promotion. We Have good time at Victor Metropolis hotel & rooftop bar. Our room was large, clean and good view. Hotel location and rooftop bar is great. We’re highly recommend."

The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after our trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere—perfect for evening cocktails and even a lovely spot for an afternoon lunch. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Old Quarter, but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities, this is a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"
