"Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually...

"Communication was great with host, he responded quickly on text about any questions I had. Check in and check out was a breeze! House was clean when we arrived and had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend for a group of friends. "

"Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay "

"We are a family of 7 with kids’ ages ranging from 14-22 and loved our 3-night stay in early January 2025. We were lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the patios as well as the large kitchen / living space. Could use another place to sleep like a pullout, since teens really don’t like to share beds, other than that, well worth the money!"

"It was awesome! we had an amazing time with the family, it was perfect it had enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our 34 people, kitchen was big enough for the ladies to cook big meals. the gazebo was great with all the grills, we did a lot of cooking outdoors. Swimming pool and spa was in use every day. Took a lot of pictures for memories and the view of the outdoors was so pretty. We will be back, we loved it! :)"

"We had a group of 6 stay to enjoy downtown Austin and attend events at the convention center. The house is easily located and spacious for our group. They were very responsive when we had questions or an issue and resolved it easily."
