"Check in was not ideal and they originally refused to accommodate my ask of a double bed. We also watched some people get welcome drinks while we were left to stand around waiting. That said the manager was able to swiftly sort the problem and the rest of the stay was lovely This is a great hotel, Really nice cool area and the beach area is also lovely. The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. "Great option in Hurghada Near the option and city centre It is not a very new hotel but it has been undergoing small improvements. All the areas and room are always clean and tidy. The beach is very nice and we can find a lot of pools inside the complex. The dining options seem to be way better than the average. The alcohol options are not at the same level as in other countries but still good. Although we could find a lot of strange people reserving sunbeds when they wake up (and don't show up for hours) we never had problems finding sunbeds - this politic shoud be reviewed by the hotels by the way."
